3. LinkedIn is a great place to meet potential business partners and referral sources. Referrals are the KEY to a successful Real Estate business. There is no better place to network and connect with other professionals than LinkedIn.

4. In a recent study, LinkedIn generated the highest visitor-to-lead conversion rate at 2.74%, almost 3 times higher (277%) than both Twitter (0.69%) and Facebook (0.77%)

  2. Choose a professional profile picture and add a cover image. 
  3. Share relevant, industry-related content regularly. At least 1 time a week. 
  4. Connect with the right people. You don’t have to accept every connection request. Start with your peers and branch out from there by connecting with people in your local community.
  5. Engage with the posts in your LinkedIn news feed regularly by liking, commenting, and sharing their content. 
  6. Don’t be afraid to ask for reviews.
  7. Aim to include images in your posts. Images typically result in a 2x higher comment rate.
